Quitting smoking
is never easy, but it's easier if you have the help and support
of others. Smoking cessation programs are programs that are designed
to help you stop smoking. The following programs are approved by
the Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide smoking cessation
services in Lancaster County.
Types of smoking cessation programs and services
include:
Fees and Financial Assistance
Some smoking cessation programs charge a small fee. However, many
health insurance providers (including Medical Assistance) will cover
some or all of your expenses. There may also be funding available
to you through the Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission (call
717-299-8023 for more information).
