The Pennsylvania General Assembly passed, and Governor Edward G. Rendell signed into law, Act 27 of 2008, the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA).
The PA Clean Indoor Air Act will go into effect September 11, 2008. Below are materials and tools that will help workplaces prepare for implementation.
